One course in Seoul which I enjoy is around Namsan Mt. (Seoul Tower). You can begin near the intersection in front of the Grand Hyatt. Follow the sidewalk around the mountain in a counter clockwise direction. When you arrive at the National Theater, turn left and head up hill. When the road forks, bare to the right. This puts you on a beautiful 3k running path. There are bathrooms and drinking fountains along the route. Continue around the mountain and after a total run of about 10k you will find yourself back at the Grand Hyatt.
