The most popular and busy course in Liverpool is to run the perimeter of Sefton Park in the south of the city. The course is approximately 2.3 miles right around the park and the path is a mixture of soft tarmac and gravel. Whenever you go I guarantee you will meet at least a couple of other runners and usually more. It is relatively fast and nonstop as there are no roads to cross! Enjoy.
