It starts in Dahlhausen. First bridge on your left along the river Ruhr. It's flat and it's also for inliners and bikers. After the bridge it's the first right and then along the river, underneath two other bridges. At the third bridge you have to cross the river and run back on the other side. It's a 10 miles run but unfortunately there are no water fountains.
