If you are visiting Madrid or intend to live in this city, try to train in Retiro Park or Casa de Campo (unfortunately, Retiro Park is closed at night). Central Madrid is always crowded and there are not so many green areas, but suburbs are full of wide avenues and parks. If you are going to live in the eastern districts (San Blas, Ciudad Lineal, Vicalvaro) you can try to train in Arcentales Park (San Blas district), because it has a measured track (10k) and it's completely out of the road traffic. Welcome to Madrid!
