One of the best places for runners is Andradas Avenue (between Contorno Avenue and Silviano Brandão Avenue; Horto neighborhood). It is a flat 2.5 kilometers course, closed to the traffic, with marks each 100 meters that are great to control the training. There is a water fountain at the 300 meters mark.
