Take number 41 bus to Cramond, and walk down Glebe Road to the shore. To the east along the shore is a flat, wide pavement, which gives a fast four mile out-and-back run with no traffic, and nice views over the Forth. When you finish, the Cramond Inn offers refreshment, including a very good lunch.
