Liberia sits right on the Atlantic. While in Monrovia, anyone can direct someone to the nearest outlet to the beach front. One can do miles and miles of running there. The residential areas in Sinkor, Monrovia also provide good running spots. While they are laced with homes, it is very ok to go running there.
