I like to run on Patong Beach (no problem when it's the low tide, it's not soft). The scenery is very nice at 6:00 pm with the sunset at 7:00. Many people run there. Sometime, I run on the road, but it's very hilly. You can run to Kata Beach also, on the road next to the beach, it's nice too. Since it's hot, you need just a short, this is the life: sun, palm tree, beautiful beaches... You are too hot? Ok, you can stop to take a bath! Phuket is home in December of the "Paradise International Race".
