Beaconsfield Parade from St Kilda to Port melbourne is 4.5 kilometers, starting at the St Kilda sea baths and running along the foreshore to Station Pier. It is well lit for late night runs, has numerous kiosks for refreshments and of course boasts ocean views the entire length. A very popular jogging spot but with wide paths to accomodate all. Of course it's not a circuit so you'll just have to run right back.
