This course I enjoy very much. Start running at Potecas, in São José, and go forward Forquilinhas neighborhood until de viaduct. Then, go forward Palhoça running along the Br-101 highway, passing through the Passa Vinte neighborhood until "fazenda da Pedra Branca" and then passing through the Sertão do Imaruim neighborhood, already in São José, and then run through "rodeio dos praianos" until Potecas where the course ends.
