Leblon Beach: kilometre markers all the way down the course. Three beaches can be visited running the course starting in Leblon proceeding past Ipanema and finishing in Copacabana, many miles and showers available to cool off (also connects with the Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas via the Canal). Also available the cyclovia a dedicated bike riding lane running the length of the beach. Take water or money, people frequent 24 hours a day for 7 days a week.
