Nice and easy running over 6.2 kilometers on little paved and mostly nature road over Binningen to Bottmingen and back. Start is at the end of Leimgrubenweg and goes over the Paradieshof to the Allme woods and back. I am running this course since several years between 6 and 8 am. Especially when the sun is going up, it is just gorgeous. Whoever wants to join me is welcomed.
