Gruneburg Park (just next to the Palm Garden) is a wonderful place to run: lots of trees, no cars, well-maintained trails, and lots of other runners. If you are staying in the Trade Fair (Messe) Area, it is just a 10-15 minute moderate jog across the Bockenheim neighborhood.
