This place is the most beautiful in Holland. It is situated at the north-west coast. In this area you will find a large area of forest, small hills and beach. A perfect place to do several kinds of workouts i.e. long distance, intervall, hills, beach etc. etc. In Schoorl four routes are marked. They vary from 6k to 11k. Off course they can be combined. In this way is it easy to train in this area for a long time on various types of underground without loosing track. It is a popular place to run. Which means that when you are alone, there is always a chance that there is a group or person with whom you can run with. For those who like to run a race, almost every week there is a cross country race in Schoorl. Especially in the summertime. To be short: Schoorl is the place to be to do your running workouts.
