Trent Country Park in North London is perfect for a good combination of road and hills and offers a scenic environment to enjoy the run. My favourite part of the track is the horse bridleway which is challenging at the end of a long run and very enjoyable. I also recommend Hadley Wood which is next to Trent Park near Cockfosters Tube station and Hadley Common near High Barnet.
