There are lots of runs with the South Australian Road Runners Club at 7am (longer) or 8am at MacKinnon Parade North Adelaide. These runs can go along the Torrens River Linear Park to the East about 25 km loop or West to the sea about 30 km loop. Of course you can keep it shorter by doing a 10km loop between the Hackney Road bridge and the Port Road Bridge. The path is a sealed two way bike trail. Off the river, keeping Adelaide bound by North Terrace, West Terrace, South Terrace and East Terrace a shorter run of less than 14km can be done.
