Runner: El que no corre mucho
El Causeway de Amador, is a 5.5 kilometers causeway that joins the mainland with three small islands: Naos, Perico and Flamenco. It is located at the entrance of the Panama canal, and serves as a current stopper for the large ships coming in and out. It is a flat course, but the view of the city, the water and the ships is just magnificent. The sidewalk is huge, so there are no dangers from traffic. Make sure to run at least one sunrise of your life here, it is absolutely stunning.
