Due to the security risks of running alone in Port Moresby and Lae it is recommended that contact is made with the Hash House Harrier groups in these cities who both run on a Monday night. Ask for their contact at your accommodation. There is also a Port Moresby Bushwalkers Club for those who want a leisurely amble through the jungles in proximity to Port Moresby.
