Many nice runs around the beautiful abbey village of Villers-la-Ville. There is a guidebook of walks/runs that are permanently signposted by big painted numbers all around the courses. Favourite: Coureur des Bois. Signposted "3". Starting at Chappelle des Affligees or at the Abbey itself, in which case run up the cobbled Hill and left onto a forest track just before forest gives way to agricultural land. Distance: 6 or 9 kilometers.
