My favourite course is the Spa park, North Island cross-country championships course. It is a gruelling course with 2 hurdles, 2 hard up hill climbs and a fast flat finish to the race. With the corners this course has, makes you forget how long the race is, as it seems to be over in a couple of minutes. Out of ten I give it an 8 because it is surrounded by magnificent bush, volcanic activity and has a rougher side to it.
