Leigh Woods (near Ashton Court) offers some hilly and beautiful off-road trails. Running around the docks is short (2-3 miles) and flat but scenic. Also try Blaise Castle: there are some good trails in the woods around this folly too. All of these runs are within easy reach of the centre of town.
