Since I live in Brasília at 709 sul, I warm up at home and start my running at w4 sul up to 709 sul. It is an uphill course until the “Parque da Cidade” (City Park) entrance around 701 sul. Then, I run in the park on the inward track until the point known as “pedalinhos” place. I leave the park by the 707 exit and pass trough the school area by the w4, and then return by the 709 sul.
