Whenever I stay at any of the hotels near the San Francisco airport, I run on the bay trail that runs from the San Francisco Marriott Airport hotel around to the park at the far point south. The run is almost all along the water, and round trip is about five miles. You can add some small hills and trails in the park to make the run a little longer.
