I am living in Rabat and recommend strongly in and around Rabat for running: starting at the Route de Zaers (which is the road leading to Rommani (leading south out of Rabat, starting at the Chellah) km 7,700 / corner road to the Royal golf club Dar Essalam; there is a great huge forest area; you can run there for hours.
