For those of us who avoid the pace of Seven Mile Beach, great running is available along the quiet and lightly traveled areas of Cayman Kai, Rum Point and North Side. The Queens Highway is beautiful and there are a few places to purchase fruit and drinks. You can run for miles in the early morning with minimal traffic any day - and everyone is friendly!
