I live in Santos and to go to my favorite course I have to take the ferry boat to Pouca Farinha beach at Guarujá (it is about 3 minutes and costs just R$ 1.20). I start my running at the beach taking a small and nice road, surrounded by many green areas, that ends at the first beach at Guarujá. Then I run until Enseada beach, passing through do Tombo, Astúrias and Pitangueiras beaches. I return by the same course that is about 20 kilometers. You can drink water and use the toilets at the Fire Stations at Pitangueiras and Enseada beaches. A nice group runs this course every Saturday and the meet point is in Santos on 7:00 am.
