The famous running course is a loop at the Presquílle de Giens. The loop is nearly 12 kilometers long. You can begin at the beach called Almanarre. Here you run almost 3 kilometers nearby the sea, then you run next by a road until the hippodrome. You crossed a village (La Capte) at the hippodrome turn left and you can run on a cycleway back to your start point. If you run this loop you can always look on flamingos and the best running time is in the winter (10-20 degrees) and in the morning in the summertime.
