Talofa! A possible run/walk in Apia, the capital of Samoa, would be a 3-4 km stretch on Beach Road or on the seawall from Vaiala to Mulinuu Peninsula and back. This route takes you around Apia harbour through Apia township and along Mulinuu Peninsula. There is also a group called Apia Hash House Harriers which goes for runs every Monday evenings.
