This is another flat Mid-Levels run: Conduit Path. Disclaimer: I last ran this about four years ago, so it may not be there anymore. From the very top of the Mid Levels Escalator on Conduit Road, run along Conduit Road towards the West. You should have the Peak to your right! After about 1 kilometer, just after the junction with Hatton Road (if you are feeling really fit you can run up this to the Peak!) Conduit Road starts to go slightly uphill and loop to the left. Cross to the right hand side of the road and take the short flight of stairs going downhill towards University Drive. Conduit Path starts off to the left of these steps. The path itself is a concrete-covered water conduit, and runs for about 3 kilometers through the rainforest, ending behind Queen Mary Hospital above Sha Wan. From here you can either drop down onto Pok Fu Lam Road and head back to Sheung Wan, or just turn around and head back along the footpath. This run links up quite easily with the ubiquitous Bowen Road. The main advantages this run has is that it is actually through a real rather than a concrete jungle, and the in-line skating crowd can't use it!
