Cape Town: 8k flat running course. Very popular with both the locals and visitors. Starts Greenpoint lighthouse along the beachfront, through Three Anchor Bay. Seapoint and Bantry Bay, returning along the same route. Cape Town is arguably one of the world's most beautiful coastal cities in the world, lying under the awesome Table Mountain. This route takes in the breathtaking scenery along the beachfronts of three seafront suburbs. The course is also run as an annual 'Memorial Race" on the 31st December of each year in honour of all those runners who have passed away in that year.
