The best run, if you are fit, is: Plaza Nueva, Carrera del Darro, Paseo de los Tristes, cuesta del Chapiz, camino del Sacromonte, barranco de los Negros, vereda de Enmedio up to the church, and down to the city through the carretera de Murcia. There is also a group running Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from Plaza del Triunfo at 6:40 every week.
