I can really recommend Karlberg if you want to run in a park environment rather close to the city centre. It is really a military area, but the park is open for the public during the day. You can choose between 4 kilometers, 2.5 kilometers and 1.7 kilometers (not absolutely sure how long the shorter distances are). The downside is that the markings are scarce, and not always easy to spot when you are running. On the other hand it should be almost impossible to get lost as the park area is not that big. Hence, the worst that can happen is that you don't run as intended and have to guess how far you have run.
