Geneva is a great place for running. I live near the north side of Lac Leman and have the advantage of running everyday if I want to. From the Chambesy exit off Rue du Lusanne, run along the road until you get to the WTO and run along the lake. This will take you to the center of lake activities and continue on until you get to the south side of the lake. A return run will give you a nice and scenic 10 kilometers run. Enjoy!
