I am an avid runner myself: I have been running in the United States for several years. There is no adequate running routes in the Seycelles. The town is relatively small and congested and the road conditions are not suitable for runners, i.e you can get hurt. There is one long stretch of beach and depending on the tide you can do a mile one way. Of course that depends on if one wants to run on soft sand... sorry we have some incredible beaches here, unique and outrageous.
