There are great parks for runners in Canoas. I recommend the Parque Municipal Getúlio Vargas (known as "Capão do Corvo"), in Jardim do Lago neighborhood, that has a pleasant environment and a good track. Other good option is Parque Eduardo Gomes, in Bairro Fátima.
