Another good mid-levels run. Start at the intersection of Bowen Road and Magazine Gap Road. Run along Bowen until the 2k mark on the right. Climb up Wanchai Gap road which is very steep and tough to run about 5-10 minutes to the top. Cross over the street and turn left onto Black's link which has a steady incline for about 1-2k. After you begin descending on Black's Link you will see a brown sign on your right which leads you onto a path. Make the right and run along this path. Eventually, you will hit a paved trail which will intersect with another paved road giving you the option to go either up or downhill. Go right (uphill) on Middle Gap road for a short while before it begins to descend and becomes more of a road. This road has some of Hong Kong's most expensive real estate. The road descends and brings you back to where Wanchai Gap road met Black's link. Head back down Wanchai Gap road to Bowen Road and finish your run. For those who want a slight variation you can descend only slightly down Wanchai Gap Road and turn left onto a paved trail which takes you parallel to Bowen Road. This trail has some beautiful views. The trail eventually turns into a dirt trail that is tougher to navigate quickly for about 10 minutes before exiting into an outdoor recreation area in mid-levels. If you continue to work your way in the same direction you have been going past the recreation area you will intersect with Magazine Gap Road above where it intersects with Bowen and you can then descend Magazine Gap back to the beginning of Bowen Road.
