Pembrey forest and Park (Cefn Sidan). This forest area offers excellent running. It is a huge area and different circuits can be run. Seven miles of open beach border the forest if you fancy running on sand! There are many tracks and anyone with some sense of direction should not get lost. If in doubt head south and turn left when you find the sea! This will bring you back to the start. Park at country park car parks (pay) or near the forest entrances. Forestry Enterprise has a couple of forest entrances near here.
