In São Paulo, Ibirapuera Park is clearly the best place for walking, running and many other sports activities. There are gravel and asphalt running courses. For those who enjoy running at night, and the ones like myself that only have time to run after nightfall, good news: the illumination is very good and the place is safe. There are always people around, even during the week days, what is one more stimulus for running. I recommend it!
