This is a 10km course run through an upmarket residential suburb. The course is an out and back, starting at the Bedfordview Country Club. It is a fairly hilly course, but with a lot of twists and turns. From the 2km mark, there are white circles painted on the kerb every half km, so you know where to turn back for a shorter distance if required.
