Poetic place located in Sanabria, one of the provinces of Zamora. Green and humid with excellent options for jogging in roads and outbound fields. The recommended course is: upon leaving Puebla de Sanabria go to the Puente de Sanabria, continue to Llanes, Quintana, Limianos and finish in Soltillo de Sanabria at the end of the road. Return to the starting point using the route San Roman, Barrio de Lomba, Castro and finishing in Puebla. The total course is 27 kilometers but you may go back and forth ad infinitum. There is no traffic and there are numerous trees that shadows you while running. The course has several ups and downs that may damage your legs in extreme efforts.
