In La Coruña we have some spectacular courses. One of them is the complete loop to the "Sea Ride" (Paseo Maritimo) where you will find very decent bath and shower services. If you want to avoid cement, get out from the main course an go to loop the most spectacular lighthouse in Spain, the "Torre de Hercules". The history of this monument is very interesting. I am inviting you to visit La Coruña and if you like jazz, visit on Thursday, Friday and Saturday the "Gran Bodega Jazzvides" (www.jazzvides.com) where you will find the best local jazz.
