There are a couple of good running routes along the Danube and Sava rivers in Belgrade. The nicest is on the New Belgrade or Zemun side. The 10+ kilometers path runs along the Danube/Sava from the heart of Zemun, under several bridges, through New Belgrade. You can't miss it along the water, but an easy access point is right behind the Hotel Yugoslavia. The second route is a similar one on the Belgrade side. It runs from underneath Kalimegdan Citadel, along the river and the port, right to Ada Ciganlija Park. It, too, is more than 10 kilometers and has a yellow stripe painted on the pavement to make it easier to follow through some of the busier sections.
