In south Madrid there are two big parks: the Pradolongo and Emperatriz, separated 300 meters from each other. Both have ample courses and you can choose flat or uphill jogging. The problem is the lack of ligth for nigth runs and the lack of water fountains for very hot days. Pradolongo has a lake in the middle that provides great humidity to the area. The parks are in Poblados Avenue, very close from Andalucia Avenue in the "vip" area of Madrid.
