The total course is 1 kilometer. It is located south Santiago de Compostela. The course is concrete surrounding campuses of several universities of Santiago de Compostela. Traffic is light and and the course is flat. It starts at the athletic stadium entrance, goes around the grass field, the basketball and tennis fields and the pool. There are fountains along the course and a lot of plants and trees. To complete 1000 meters (1 kilometer) you must run 20 more meters.
