Course Osasco/Jagaré. Start at the São Francisco Golf Club, then go through the Shopping São Francisco main avenue until Corifeu de Azevedo Marques avenue in front of Extra Supermercados. Follow this avenue until Autonomistas avenue (already in Osasco) passing in front of ABB and Ricavel and then pass below Osasco viaduct to Bussocaba avenue (where is the City Hall). Run through all Bussocaba avenue until Padre Vicente Merillo avenue, then turn left run about 200 meters and then turn left again to Martin Luther King avenue. Run through all Martin Luther King avenue until you arrive at the Golf Club again. This course is 9 kilometers long and is great for training because it is woody, has some light hills and doesn't have too much car traffic.
