Costa del Este 12k: this a route I like very much for training once a week. Starting at the Rommel Fernàndez Stadium where the "International Marathon of Panama" will be held, taking the route by El Hipòdromo, and running 500 meters by the Corredor Sur (this is a highway) then you are inside Costa del Este. Costa del Este is a very beautiful neighborhood (it reminds me of The Moors at Miami Lakes). It make take almost 8 kilometers to run the whole Costa del Este by the main street (sorry there are no toilets or water fountain on the course) to reach again the Corredor Sur and reach again the stadium.
