Regensburg is perfect for running. Easy runs, flat, can be done in any wheather and time of the day/night. Along the Danube, start from Steinerne Brücke or Eiserner Steg/city center, go West: (8 kilometers loop) along the Danube, around a small lake, back the same way; (13 kilometers loop) along the Danube, across the river to Mariaort, back on the Northern banks; (15 kilometers loop) along the Danube, pass first bridge, take next, back on the Northern side; (21 kilometers one way) along the Danube to Bad Abbach, have a good time at the Spa, go back by bus.
