To come to St Helens on the east coast of Tasmania means you can enjoy some sensational runs. A favourite is a flat 7k run along the foreshore bike track of Georges Bay in the morning looking over the beautiful bay. Run and watch the birds dive for fish or pelicans flying past. Or run up to 20k through native forest gravel roads both flat and hilly. The fresh air is marvellous. St Helens is a heaven for runners of all ages and abilities.
