Running in the island of Vitória is great! I would like to suggest my favorite running course for all those who come to Vitória. I begin my stretching in front of the Vitória Iate Club and then I run 3,000 meters toward Cruz do Papa. I go back and then I run to Ilha do Boi, where will find some steep hills. Then I run to two beaches in Ilha do Boi and then I come back to Cruz do Papa. At this point I had already ran 11 kilometers and then I just have to go back to the Iate Club to complete a 14 kilometers running course. This course is along the seashore and has great views of Vitória Bay and the Terceira Ponte, a bridge that connects Vitória and Vila Velha.
