Nações IndÃgenas Park: 4,100 meters paved road with marks at each 100 meters; hilly course, few flat areas; water available at three points near the course (taps); a toilet near the lake; areas with gym equipments for stretching and strengthen. The asphalt road is in contrast with the grass and the trees surrounding the streamlet that crosses the park and flows into a big lake at one of the extremities of the it. During the workout it is usual to find dozens of capybaras (a semi-aquatic rodent) grouped on the grass at the side of the course, totally indifferent to the movement. Besides the capybaras I also found many other wild animals while training. The park is large and have room for everybody. There are three small bridges over the streamlet making it possible to explore all the park. It is hard to run out of the paved road since the terrain is uneven.
